Our policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel during the trial period without being charged.

Requesting a refund

If you have been charged and wish to request a refund, contact us within 14 days of billing at support@kovala.ai. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
